Sweet White Wine
Varietal: 100% Muscat of Alexandria.
Growing region: Judean Lowlands
Characteristics: Subtle effervescence, tropical and floral aromas and a relatively low alcohol level that highlights the fruit’s sweetness bring you a light and delectable wine. This wine style, typical to the Piedmont region in northern Italy, is perfect as an aperitif, or even as dessert itself.
Serving suggestions: Best served chilled at 5˚- 8˚C. Particularly suitable with beef dishes.
It is best drunk when still young and will maintain its unique qualities for 12 to 18 months from its vintage date.
