Cream de Cassis
Crème de Cassis is based on blood-red, sweet black currants indigenous to the
Dijon region in France. As far back as the 16th century French monks were using
black currants primarily as an antidote for snake bites and jaundice.
Binyamina`s Crème Cassis liqueur is made from natural ingredients and may be
drunk straight or as a mixer in a variety of cocktails. It goes especially well
with white wines, champagne and soda. Best served chilled.
