About the Winemakers
Our winery is our creative space
The art of winemaking excites us anew each year and in each vintage. It is a complex and riveting process that involves a vineyard location, a grape variety, constant nurturing and optimal flavor extraction, precision timing of the harvest and careful treatment of the grapes in the winery. A combination of each of these essential components is needed to create a single rich wine that is filled with inspiration.
Equipped with vast skills and experience accumulated over the years, familiarity with wineries around the world, medals won in international wine competitions and an abundance of creativity and enthusiasm, we constantly strive to create exciting and inspirational wines using modern technologies.
The wine world is dynamic and changing rapidly. Binyamina Winery is also constantly evolving, introducing new grape varieties into its repertoire, seeking special vineyard plots in new regions and working with the best coopers in the worlds.
Winemaking is a long and complex process that requires enormous patience, vision and a great deal of love. Every year we plant new vineyards that will bear fruit, and ultimately wine, in the future. In the meantime, we continue to innovate, cultivate, nurture, dream, dare and believe. And we believe in and love our wine.
