Wine production process: The wine was made from 100% Pinotage grapes and aged for several months in oak barrels. Pinotage grapes hail from South African and in Israel they are grown in a vineyard on the slopes of the Jerusalem Hills.

Characteristics: The wine has red fruit aromas with subtle undertones of vanilla and oak.

Serving suggestions: Best served at temperature of 18°C with grilled meat dishes.
