Each varietal was harvested separately and fermented with skin contact for two weeks. After fermentation, the blend was assembled and aged for approximately three months in French oak barrels.
Aromatic red fruit and subtle hints of oak and vanilla. Medium-bodied with a smooth, elegant texture. This gentle, balanced red is a perfect match for chicken and turkey dishes.
