Binyamina Winery’s Visitor Center is an impressive historic building located in the heart of the picturesque village of Binyamina.
The building was erected in 1925 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild as a factory for manufacturing perfume. Now, 87 years later, the two-story building has been restored and draws attention to its age-old heritage, as well as to the history and character of classical Europe, Baron de Rothschild’s mother country.
Once a perfume distillery; now the Binyamina Winery. Hear the fascinating story of the winery building, from Baron Edmond de Rothschild’s life’s work to establish the village of Binyamina and the Zeltzer family’s rich winemaking heritage.

The wine workshop is a hands-on, practical workshop which is customized to each of the participants. The workshop takes place around the table in one of Winery’s VIP Tasting Rooms with fresh bread, olive oil and a vegetable platter.
